Engagement

I offer creative and technical services, including web development, graphic design, and more. Please review my portfolio to ensure my style aligns with your expectations before we begin. I value creative freedom to deliver the best results.

Payment Terms

A 50% advance is required to start any project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) or as agreed. Work will not commence until the advance is received.

Project Scope

The project details will be outlined in the proposal or quotation. Requests for changes beyond the agreed scope may be treated as new work and could incur additional charges.

Refund Policy

Since I dedicate time and effort to every project, refunds are not available once work begins. To avoid misunderstandings, please review my portfolio and ensure my services fit your needs before proceeding.

Feedback and Approval

Feedback on drafts or prototypes is essential for progress and should be shared within 3 business days. Final approval is required within 5 business days of receiving the completed project.

Project Support

I provide free support for 7 days after project delivery to address any issues. Any further updates or changes will be billed separately.

Confidentiality

Your information will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of the project. I will not share any details without your consent unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

Once the project is fully paid for, all design files, code, or assets will belong to you. I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

While I aim to deliver quality work, I am not responsible for indirect or consequential damages that may arise from the use of my services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved according to Indian law.

Changes to Terms

I may update these terms occasionally. Any changes will be communicated via email or updated on my website. Your continued engagement implies acceptance of the updated terms.
